A Seat for Everyone.

We envision a nation where no one goes hungry, no one feels forgotten, and every soul knows the love of Jesus Christ. At Meemaw’s Jesus’ Church Without Walls, our dream is to build a movement of compassion—one meal, one prayer, one act of kindness at a time.

We see communities restored, not just with food and financial help, but with hope, dignity, and connection. We believe in a future where churches have no walls, love has no limits, and generosity flows freely—where every person is welcomed, fed, and uplifted.

Through our traveling ministry and our “Pay What You Can” restaurant coming soon in McMinnville, Oregon, we are planting seeds of grace across the country. And we won’t stop until every town, every heart, and every table reflects the radical love of Jesus.

Why we feed Everyone

Food insecurity continues to be a pressing issue across the United States. Recent data reveals that 13.5% of U.S. households—about 18 million households—experienced food insecurity in 2023. This marks an increase from 12.8% in 2022, highlighting a growing need for accessible food resources.

The impact is even more severe for children, with 17.9% of households with children facing food insecurity in 2023—equating to around 6.5 million households where children lacked consistent access to adequate food. Rising food prices, which surged 23.6% from 2020 to 2024, have made it increasingly difficult for families to afford nutritious meals. Additionally, changes in government food assistance programs have placed more strain on food banks, leaving many struggling to meet demand.

At Meemaws, we recognize the urgency of addressing these challenges. But we also believe that food is more than just nourishment—it’s community, comfort, and dignity. That’s why we’re working to expand across the country, creating spaces where anyone can experience the joy of going out to eat, enjoying a great meal, and never having to worry about the cost.

Through the generosity of donors and the dedication of volunteers, we are committed to making this vision a reality. With every new Meemaws location, we ensure that more individuals and families have access to not just a warm meal, but also a welcoming space where they feel valued.

Together, we can create a future where everyone has a seat at the table—because food should be shared, not earned.
